Functionally this is the symbol designated to be used to show the topics of the various articles.

  • Big Triangle=Main Topic

  • Little Triangle=Intersecting Topic

Personal Intersectionality Flag

  • The inverted pink and black triangles have a deep history in advocating for queer and disabled individuals (for more information make sure to check out the topic triangles).

  • The light pink is to highlight my trans identity, the purple is for the asexual community, and dark red-pink is for homoromanticism (i.e. lesbian in my case)

Two inverted triangles one pink the other black found on a background of diagonal stipes of light pink, purple, and red-pink.

Website is being Revamped

This strip is just to inform that the site is undergoing major revisions. This is my first attempt at making a website and I have a vision but it is taking time and effort. The design for function is coming together just not as fast as I would hope. What need to be worked on is shown by way of (*).

Our Mission

A Nexus is typically used to describe a point where many topics can be connected.

My ultimate goal is to be a licensed mental health professional who works to create comprehensive treatment plans for various conditions.

I, like most people, am a complex individual with many interests. My goal is to correct misinformation on topics such as the Queer Community, Neurodivergent Conditions, and ways Media can be used to better convey these topics.

I have education in Biology, Nutrition & Dietetics, and Psychology so those are things that this site will cover.

Words of Wisdom*

In a world filled with misinformation, we provide a beacon of truth and knowledge. Our commitment to accuracy and transparency guides our mission to educate and enlighten our audience.

Key Offerings*

Identity

I aim to explore and educate individuals on gender identity and sexual orientation. The world can become a much more isolated place without considering these unique factors.

Support

The world is becoming increasingly more queer through the youth. This means there is an increasing need for information on how parents and individuals can support this group. There is more nuance to these topics than others would think. I strive to create a safe space for discussions and learning, promoting inclusivity and understanding.

Diversity

Psychiatric conditions are often based on professional judgments, as there are no biological tests to determine their diagnoses. This highlights the importance of understanding neurodiversity in media, where platforms like The Nexus can play a crucial role in the United States by spreading awareness and promoting inclusivity.
